Personal Profile for:
Founder, President: YouthamaGlobal
Training assistant: United Nations-UNAMA
Part-Time student: BBA, Kardan (Preston) University
My specialty is action rather than extensive planning, and I am the catalysts of business activity and a pioneering innovator as well as a good team player with the ability to maintain effective working relations in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment. I am bold and optimistic, and by no mean a behind-the-scenes planner, I have ability to establish priorities. I am literally self-destruct if I am not in the center of the game. The attention that comes with a high-profile career well serves my ego.
I consider myself as an adventurous, enthusiastic and full of energy. I think that I am a pioneer both in thought and action, very open to new ideas and a lover of freedom. I welcome challenges and will not be diverted from my purpose except by my own impatience, which will surface if I don't get quick results.
I am performing my duty like dreams come true, depending on the type of direction I get from my superior(s). I am extremely proud of my achievements in the past and I am committed and have willingness in development and learning new relevant issues to achieve more and to reach my vision. I need lots of leeway to accomplish my tasks as I see fit.
I consider myself a good decision-maker, with strong communication skills, to defend and explain difficult issues to staff and senior officials. Identifying issues, exploration of alternative and recommendation of solution is my good skill too.
I have a good expertise in computer and technology related issues, and I can operate many of the office equipment. I have good skills of operating deferent computer software and exploring internet.
I demand jobs that afford me responsibility and variety. I also need lots of encouragement, and I cannot stomach the feeling that my job is not important. I can work in the activity center of any business environment. I have some business administration skills and I have an excellent experience in assisting and providing training activities and education. I interact with people a lot, that is how I build a good client orientation skill for myself.
I seek success and respect more than cash. Although bonuses are nice, a public acknowledgement of work well done goes almost as far with me. More than anything else, I want to be the hero. I strive to feel that I am an indispensable part of my organization.
As long as I am appreciated, I will work through the nights and weekends to live up to the demands placed upon me. I rarely complain about added duties, and I actually welcome any opportunity to become more essential to my firm. I maintain high standards for myself, and I almost expect to start at the top. I will not complain about being overloaded, and I will not watch the clock...as long as I am appreciated.
