we had problems of venues, schools not releasing there students, timing et.c.
note that came to us was that we didn't give them time to study on the topic,we didn't carry schools, teachers and students along in our planning.
we hope to have the primary school inter school debate by monday 17th of Nov; 2008 and the summit by thursday 20th of Nov 2008.
we are finacely inadequate to host the program,as of today we are owing more than #15,000 and money to get things done for the summit proper is not on ground,we've not gotten the venue, gifts, refreshment and et.c for the program.Sir we need to talk.
