Background:
Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhary and other were deposed on 3rd November 2007 illegaly and unconstitutionally by General Musharaf. Lawyers Fraternity and Civil Socities of Pakistan started movement against this unconstitutional order and this movement is milestone of Democratic Government in Pakistan. Its fruit of this Movement that Poltical Exile Leaders are in the Country and Leading their Parties. Democratic Government in Pakistan is also fruit of this movement but it is very painfull for Lawyer Fraternity as well as Civil Societies and Public of Pakistan that Leaders of reign Party have forgotten their promises for reinstatement of Judiciary.
