The TCS Project Coverage
Iloilo City as project sites for Global Fund Round 5 project for treatment, care
and support for people living with HIV, their affected family members (AFs)
and significant others (SOs) assisted by the Tropical Disease Foundation. In
Bacolod City, the CrossBreeds is the frontline peoples’ organization of PLHIV that implements the programme in the
island of Negros while in Iloilo City, Empowered Western Visayas takes the lead in making TCS activities in Panay-
Guimaras areas
4. Extension sites for Bacolod City
is divided into two areas, the Southern and Northern Negros where a number of
PLHIV home provinces are located. In these 2 areas, concentration of urbanization and development are Kabankalan
City, Dumaguete City in the South and Cadiz in the North where TCS staff do outreach work. Extension sites for
Iloilo City on the other hand are Guimaras, Capiz, Aklan and Antique.
