Yeah, just discovered it myself
On the left hand side under menu there is a 'Documents & Links' button that can be clicked and that will let you upload your document.
You may have to highlight the entire left area as on my laptop I only accidentally discovered this after highlighting the arrows on the left hand side.

Does anyone know how to upload a position paper other than simply copy-and-pasting the text?
