I have a suggestion about the structure of position paper:
First part
1) Country flag
2) Country official name
3) Capital
4) Form of government
5) Chief of State
6) Chief of Government (Prime Minister)
7) Language
8) Name of Committee
9) Topic
10) Name of delegate
Second part: Investigation
1) History: the most important periods
2) Its position in the International Community: Organizations of it is part, the year to enter UN, the most important treaties signed (Commercial and into the UN).
Third part: About the topic
1) Its historical position about the topic
2) Past actions on the topic
Fourth part: proposals
1) Its present position in reference to topic
2) To suggest some solutions on topic
Like we suggested it
800-1000 words
