In part of my countryside for my land of promise in Philippines beyond the struggle of global interact; I was wondering beyond my imagination the global gate of the Philippines toward "Changing World for Global competatives" is harmonious relationship from other country's to open the global relationship. Base on my dream analysis for economics growth have sustainable to be part the open communication or adoptation the economics zone. The secret keys to make absord alots of potential knowledge to other political structure or government system to control the economics growth of particular in biggest and largest country's to create the substances or chemistry in realization. Speeding innovation or voluntary participation for advance ITC or Techonological access and activation for all global competatives. Since the U.S., Europe, ASEAN country's are follow the learning technics of the key's of success for using the open global value. Everymoment to discuss the raging speed for innovation educational culture shock is the main reason, that why? many's of 3rd world country's cannot adopts the main gate of success, because of luck of participation to other countryside.Well now I know the everytime the youth in action cannot attain the highest learning teachnic because of luck of active participation to global intellects. Therefore is not a lesson but still the experiences of youth in action the important of grant of global intellect or global participation, and to give the value of advance learning process to be active or voluntarily.
