Description:
This is a project geared towards creating awareness to what youths do or other people do towards enhancing youth participation in projects or working for the rights of the youths. The project aims at inspiring others to play a positive role by taking those already profiled as their role models. Th project shall seek those engaged in developmental issues however small it is and it shall at the same time give precedence to the who are marginalized and those who can not get access to the mainstream media for publicity.
Background:
The project was initiated after taking into account that many youths did not have the means to access mainstream media houses for publicity yet their activities played a very important role to enhance solutions to the issues affecting the world.
Objectives:
The projects main objectives is to Champion for the youths to get heard and be helped to achieve their goals through awareness creation.
Milestones:
So far there have been a number of youth activities profiled and since we don't have a website, we depend on the video shairing websites such as the youtube. We have a number of videos that can be accessed thorugh this link;
Budget:
Currently we still don't have a budget as I do the video coverage and video editing on voluntary basis. However, as we expand the scope to cover other regions far from our localities, we shall draw a budget later as required and post it here.
Needs:
If we could get a website for our activities or anyone who would like to volunteer and design for us a Dynamic Website, we would really appreciate.
