Hi All,
Elaine will soon post the minutes from the last RC call and confirm the meeting agenda for our call tomorrow (Tues March 24 at 7:00pmEST).
I have suggested the following:
1. Review of Feb 24 RC call minutes
2. RSC updates (15 mins)
3. Regional Assembly 2009 plan (15 mins)
4. Regional membership outreach strategy (15 mins)
5. Member and Volunteer Update (15 mins)
Please post your RSC meeting notes and any other documents you think would be useful to share.
Robert Fox will be joining us for the first part of the call to be available for any discussion regarding the Regional Assemblies, particularly related to the governance process (e.g. Bylaws).
