[Poll] Family quetions Police Officer's escape

The five children of Kellon Bethel oalso known as Zootie have met with the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) Mr. Christopher Nelson seeking a solution to the problem they had to leave with for the past ten yeras.
Zootie was alledgely shot by a police officer Franklyn Joseph on 1998 during a police operation in the Beaseajour area.
The DPP's office ruled that an offence was comitted and that the officer should be arrested and charged. Acording to police when they went to execute the warrant for his arrest he disappeared and the police do not have any knowlege of his whereabouts.
The Grenada Human Rights Organisation Inc has reoppened the case and together with the family trying to locate the officer with a view to bring him to Grenada to face justice in the court of law.[quote]
