Description:
At this symposium, 120 young students from numerous universities all over the Asia - Pacific will have the opportunity to learn about global trends and be exposed to varying ideas, thoughts and perspectives so as to enable them to comparatively assess this information. It is hoped that in the long run, the resolution resulting from this event will assist the participants to prepare themselves in facing the challenges ahead as potential world leaders. Through this symposium, it is hope that practical road maps and plans can be produced and implemented.
Background:
According to the 10th National Economic and Social Development Plan (2007-2011) and the long-term 15 Year High Education Plan (2008-2022), both emphasises on the preparation for and development of Thai people to be qualified and effective among international competitions, so that the people will be capable and ready to adjust themselves with all changes in the future and knowingly look for any advantages in Globalisation. As a result, it is necessary to support and enhance Thai students to gain knowledge, understanding and self-preparation for all kinds of living processes related to national and international people, as part of Globalised citizens.
Objectives:
This symposium is organized with the purpose of challenging youth to come together and to deal with issues faced by the world today, setting aside their differences. Recognition and acknowledgement of cultural identities, linguistic diversity and each others’ social responsibilities will also be promoted.

USD 150/Person\r\nCost included: \r\n- All meal in program\r\n- 5 night Accommodation\r\n- domestic flight (Bangkok – Phitsanulok) and all transportation in program
