The PROJECT Page is mainly for those who have already participated in a TEACH programme with The Aids Support Organization of Uganda - TASO, including local/international members and staffs of TASO.
Background:
This is a group of people who have received in-service experiential attachment of HIV/AIDS service to a TASO Centre for one month, where they have learnt all round practical and interactive “hands on” knowledge on TASO work and practices that has been developed over more than of 21 years of support work on HIV/AIDS.
Objectives:
This project page is intended:\r\n\r\nTo reconnect all past TACH Attachés.\r\n\r\nTo be use as a knowledge sharing tools. Use to communicate with TASO staffs, provide feedback on project plans and also get necessary support that could be helpful in the implementation of their action plans.\r\n\r\nPut forth some burning national and regional issues for discussion.\r\n\r\nKeep abreast with developments in the fight against HIV/Aids ....etc
Milestones:
Attachés where fully recommended by their respective organizations with a commitment to ensure that lessons and skills acquired are deployed in support of HIV/AIDS work in their organizations hereafter.\r\n\r\nThey have also over the period of their stay with TASO centers, demonstrated commitment to share what they have learnt from the TASO’s experience by presenting Action Plans.\r\n\r\nThese Actions are been follow up by TASO staffs as a routine base on attachment periods and projected plans.

According to attachés Local Action Plans.\r\n\r\nAccording to future support advancement plans by TASO
Needs:
The major need of this project page is to continue sharing of information.\r\n\r\nTo continue follow up and support from TASO base on Attachés Plan of Action.\r\n\r\nTASO to do possible referrals and donor engagement were the needs arises for Support of attachés Actions Plans.\r\n\r\nPossibility for online training courses for TEACH attachés in fundraising and financial management to further enhance their skills in reaping the most of their plans.
