situation of youth employment in Azerbaijan

Dear Samir,
I am curious about the situation of youth employment in Azerbaijan and I have several inquiries.
Is there a big gap of employment rate between urban and rural areas?
Does your project promote some entrepreneurship program for youth?
What is the range of 'youth' for YES campaign?
Do you think that there is a difference of employment rate between those who finished Russian schools and those who finished Azery schools?
