Published on inspirational articles in the National newspaper called “kuensel” to inspire and encourage fresh graduates who are not willing to take the job posted at the rural areas. The article titled “ DYT post, an opportunity” says that fresh graduates are the future representatives and if they work under District Development Commission chairman they gain considerable experience and ideas about the rural areas. This experience and knowledge would help them to look for faster means of developmental process in the rural areas.

The main objectives of this article was to make our graduates/youth to rethink about their strategies and give their second thought to such an opportunity working in rural areas which they are missing due to misconceptions of th post and get employed themselves in the rural areas.
