Dear Yes-IRAN
I am myself a YES member, participated at the Egypt Summit.
I am working for a German consultancy and we are currently preparing a technical proposal for a GTZ (German Technical Cooperation) project "Programme for the qualification and employment" in Iran. For this project we are searching for qualified institutional partners and especially (urgently) for two national long and several short term experts ( in the field of labour market and vocational training) and one international team leader.
The main documents of the project are written in German. I am very pleased to send it to you, if you or anyone of your group can read German.
But meanwhile I can send you some short information about the project translated into English Please contact me under heike.pratsch@icon-institute.de urgently if you would like to support us in setting up this technical proposal. It is still in a preparatory stage, we are setting up a proposal with a qualified expert team and hope to be selected by the GTZ for its later implementation. The project is planned to start in May 2005, for a first phase of three years, in total 9 years are planned.
If you are interested to cooperate with us on this project and/or if you can spread out the information about our search of qualified experts, we would highly appreciate this.
