There will be a new structure to the Advocacy library. There will be a place where volunteers online can discuss issues pertaining to global issues and the concern s of the advocacy projects. Threads will be posted daily a s well as daily write ups and messages

I have gone through what Ebenezer does and I thin he is doing such an incredible work.he is doing a very good work down here.

below is a little history about my beautiful country Ghana in West African. i hope you know something about my country?


Ghana has a tropical climate. the temperature is generally between 21-32 degree Celsuis. Ghana is not a mountainous country, but has some some highlands and some steep escarpments in the middel portions and isolated places in the northern partss. The altitude is generally below 500m. The Volta river basin dominates the country's river system and icludes the 8,480 kilometers square Lake Volta (the largest artificail lake in the world). Ghana has 33 forts and castles out of the 43 in the west coast of Africa. the population is 22 million. We have a total land area of 238,537 kilometers square, it physical size make it the size of great Britain. out of the total land area of 23 million hectares, 13 million hectares (57%) is suitable for agricultural production, 5.3 million hectares (39%) of this is under cultivation.

Ghana is have rich resources such as: Gold, diamond, manganese, limestone, bauxite, iron ore, crude oil just discovered, as well as various clays and granite deposits.Ghana is the second producers of Cocoa. also third largest producer of timber and the second largest exporter of wood and wood products in Africa.

we have beautiful landscapes, inviting sunshine, pristine beaches, exotic wildlife and exciting national parks and game reserves. 68.8% Ghanaians are christians, 15.8% Islam, 8.5% traditional religion and 6.1% have no religion. Ghana have a rich culture and tradition and a world acclaimed warmth and hospitality of its people. The Ashanti Kingdom is the Biggest of our traditioanl institution.
