Description:
*Every village will be targeted for this program. 80% peoples live in villages and they earn every day average $1. So, from this program we will have to increase job for rural youth in their homestead.

Objectives:
1. To set a package on training program on IEC of Agro-industries, Commerce, industries, manpower resource development, technical and Vocational aspects, means of access to micro and macro economic Activities of the country with possibilities of homestead land use in Creation of income-employment avenues at home and outside attended With health care management including all Socio-economic activities combined.

2. To raise seasonal vegetables in the homestead land, to arrange Pishiculture in the pond, to arrange small diary farm, poultry firm, to raise Vegetables over fencing erected over the pond all year round, small Suitable trades, home industries, sewing etc., and there by to earn Additional income for the family, creating avenues for employment at home and establishment of homestead diversified livelihood measures in multiple Agro training.

3. To extend activities for safe water.

4. To improve the standard of living through additional earning in suitable multiple occupations.

5. To create sense of thriftiness among the members of the family under the Program.

6. To attain a sense of self-help among the members of the family.

7. To work on human resource development with improvement of survival Skills and capacities swatted to the developing society.

8. To execute the above program through supervised chartered credit Program.

9. To improve the Socio-economic condition of the people under the Program.

10. To set a policy package combining, training on commerce, industries, Agro-industries, health, education, employment in Agro-production for easy On flow of nutrition and social uplift with increased income targeted to the Poor house holds.

11. Reversion of city slum youth to rural homestead.

Impact on women:

The gender equality will be addressed and the women folk of the homestead family will be engaged in rural diversified livelihood struggle in the arrangement of the home-based economic improvement. The Reproductive Health the Primary Health Care with nutrition messages will be brought home to the women folk side by side men of the homestead. The women will be made equal in the footing with men in the struggle for livelihood basement.


Impact on environment:

The unutilized fallow land and other essential elements of the household will be improved by the members of the homestead groups themselves and awareness on the development of the homestead will be informed among the members of the homestead in particular reference to the natural, physical, social, human & health, financial capital including environmental situations improvements. The existing pre-program homestead will become an economic working unit in the community opening new lease of life in production, income & self-employment at home.
