(Africa IKIBIRI Campaigns): Is Youth Union Students movement.rnThe 1st November 2008 African Youth refused living in unacceptable conditions of poverty and dependency. They reclaimed “Micro businesses and life long, higher education that reward “LICENCE-MAITRISE-DOCTORAL” therefore the project CAMPUS AFRICA’S GENERATION EDUCATION MISSION (CAMPUS AGE MISSION) was lunched.
Background:
African leaders and young students came together in Burundi on 1st November 2008, as a day set aside to recognise the youth of Africa and the need to empower them in all aspect of their respect. rnrnThe theme for this year was “African – Developed world cooperation impacts” the United Nations Millennium Campaign Africa Office, has therefore the pleasure to convey its best wishes and congratulations to all African Youth between 15 to 35 years and encourage African youth and African public authorities to reinforce more communication, consultation and partnership so as to allow African youth to fully ensure their role as the dynamic, creative and devoted partners for Africa sustainable development and peace.
Objectives:
-Engaging in fruitful partnerships on Millennium Development Goalsrnrn-To mobilize partners and relevant stakeholders towards youth participation in the National Youth MDG campaign rnrn-Teaching entrepreneurial and vocational skills in the context of the local culture to enable clients to become more self sufficient and develop sustainable live hoods.
