i completely agree with u that there is also other women who need to be empowered rather that than those who are qualified and don't get a fair competition with men .
and that we have to start from the down stairs and upscale ...ok that's great
**but i did not get the part "they don't wanna see their self in any other way" .am not sure . if u mean that they are satisfied so plz .take for example the woman how is not educated and her husband bit here.(wich is common)...she don't make step to change cause she don't have other choices and she is loaded with responsibilities toward her kids .and may be with out her husband she won't be able to eat and feed her children.

thx alot what i mean that she dont even try to think of what other solutions i mean starting to think is good step but even this step some women jsut dont take it she thinks what to cook what the kids r goona weear she even dont think what she look today 4 heavens sake the cat lick her self tro look pretty and its in women nature to think about such stuff to reach the extent of uncarness she dont think how to change the sitution so this is ironic
