BANKE TEAM is a Universal Initiative 4 All (UI4ALL) to Build ABADATANA Network ( Inseparable buddies) for KAZOZA (Future ) Economy (BANKE). Together Everybody Achieve More (TEAM).
It is also a model of private and public partnership forum, an effective ICT tool for Development and mobilisation of qualified persons in various domains (accounters, professors, administrators,journalists, ademic recturers, headmasters...) to use ICT in project planning, coordination, evaluation and work closely toward the common goal of SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT and HIGHER EDUCATION AND LIFE LONG LEARNING in developing countries, with the great contribution of developed world.
Members share information, experiances, ressources, and contribute to consultation session along with international BANKE TEAM staff, board directors, academic recturers, tired professors, and leaders of BANKE and higher institution.
AS a systemic inter-institutional co-operation and WOLRD HIGHER SCHOOLS AND BANK collaboration, BANKE TEAM-Universal Initiative 4 All is encourages everyone to contribute to the Universal Initiative such as MICROFINANCE, BUSINESS, ICT, COMMUNICATION, EDUCATION AND HUMAN RIGHT. Your active participation and support are needed.

Background:
The shift from the industrial age to the information age is transforming our civilization. Vast economic, social, and political changes are already underway. As we enter the Information Age, we face the very real challenge of redirecting the course of African education so that young people will be ready to tussle with needs of the new global business, economy, the new realities facing government, and the new challenges of a multicultural world. B.A.N.K.E-T.E.A.M,a Universal Initiative 4 All (UI4ALL)provides the best statement of current policy and thinking on systemic collaboration and International cooperation.
Objectives:
Goal1: build contact with Burundian, African schools, professors, lectors, currently teaching in various Burundi universities, post-graduated and graduated students, Journalists and other professionals to collaborate with International Professors and experts for empowering Human Resource, responsible, leaders in Africa, Burundi and for HUMAN AWARD UNIVERSAL SCHOOL (HAUS) in country members.
