Be the Change is a capacity Building Project for iEARN Students and Alumni . It doesnt only focus on acquiring skills for the [participants whose age group varies from 15 till 22 years old with different backgrounds and experiences but also focuses on developing a development vision in their minds to really Make A difference in their communities not just upon themselves.
The Capcity Building program doesnt only contain specific tailored training sessions but also Field Trips and A Team Building Camp
Budget:
The Budget is Around $4000 for 45 Participants .
