Description:
Letter writing campaign to capital hill demanding truth in the capital. This involves individual letters to congressmembers, senators, curators, directors, etc demanding honest recording of history in the capital, visitors centers, and museums.
Objectives:
To change the recording of history to recognize people of historically marginalized groups who have contributed to our nation. Our first project is demanding the recognition of Benjamin Banneker in the capital display on the history of D.C.
Needs:
Anyone with a passion for truth and justice, with a willingness to write letters and voice their opinions.
