we4ll this website has alot of posts of things that are happening around the world i believe that if i picked one of those things that are happening around the world and made my comunnity aware of it, it would really open the eyes of some people to do something to help instead of always having their focus on them selves

you can address global issues and help spred the word about them.
you can also talk about local issues and get a group off ppl to help u with them

TIC is really great in that it is online, this generation spends a good majority of their time on the internet and it's as simple as writing up a message and posting a topic to get people involved. You post it and people will inevitably read it.
I've heard people complaining that making change is too hard because it's almost impossible to get the information out there, this website can be a great tool for that! There's also lots of great examples of ways other people in other communities are making change, take the idea and run with it I say.

You could use taking it global by being at all the classes and learning the information being taught, as well as the information on the website to use to hold seminars, make posters, etc. to make people aware of these issues and get people involved in taking a preventative measure rather than a reactive one.

You can use TIG to get connected to resources, spread education and awareness, and find enough people to help make a difference in what you believe.
