good work, but we need to be careful

I congratulate all of you involved in this project for a wonderful work. It show how serious we are in our bid to promote development and freedom.
Be that as it may, I want to ask all of you to be careful as some unscrupulous people might want to use this medium to committ fraud.
let us all be on guard.
