Thank you Kobele,

I appreciate your comment and wish us success, it is about us and I am very much interested in the project success because I am involved. What do you think of if I live in the NIger Delta and my project implementation suffered set-backs because my partners from the US fear that they might be killed or Kidnapped on arrival in Port Harcourt to help local people here? Studies agree that these young people would not like to do what they do naturally but there are many factors that facilitate their interest in these programmes, one adage say that when the available becomes unavailable, the unavailable becomes available, and I think the CLC WA project would address these challenges that our teeming young people face, which in West Africa are our common heritage in the context of the project objectives and even beyond!

It is importaint for us to look at the interior of Liberia for more progress in the wake of creating awardness for local connection creation for peace building in the community. Liberia, our country has suffered 14 years of civil unrest and many people went through trauma and to need talked by councilors from our prject.
I am kindly asking clcwa project members to gear themselves up for possible delavery of their ideals.

Cher Henry

Leadership is success of our project and success is leadership. It is my candid view that what CLCWA require is team leadership, focused leadership and informed leadership.

What am I saying? I mean, as a new idea and something that worked in Russia and Canada, the project can work in Nigeria and those other west African countries it would be implemented, but with team leadership.

I understand that the hiring process is almost over and the project started and would like to encurage us to abide by the rules of the project and work more even with the situation on ground to make it more progressive and successful than previous pilots, knowing fully well that prosperity and posterity would be our lot if we plan, implement and work harder for the youth of today!
