Earth Tipping Point is a new form of networks (specifically speaking, www.earthtippingpont.com is an idea network) designed to actively transform the users’ ideas into projects that benefit the wellbeing of the planet. This Idea Network aligns the collaborative efforts of its members and users in a structured and systematic way, enhancing the quality of their proposed ideas and eventually the success rate of their projects.
Through Earth Tipping Point, you can share your ideas, develop teams, create plans, assign responsibilities, acquire funds for your project and more all for free. It aims to empower individuals interested in fighing a good cause by structuring their ideas and aligning their efforts.
ETP recognizes that raising public awareness to environmental hazards and issues is the foundation to all successful environmental projects. Accordingly, the webpage also acts as an information sharing medium, allowing its members to learn about current environmental issues and hazards in an interactive way. You can share articles, geographically map out environmental problems and hazards, develop awareness campaigns or even educate the public.
Background:
In case you are wondering what the name means, the tipping point of earth is the point in which global climate changes irreversibly from one state to a new state. Small changes will keep on piling up until an irreversible chain reaction is triggered, changing the face of the planet as we know it, forever. We haven’t reached this tip yet, but are climbing much faster than once expected.
The web page was specifically designed to actively empower you counter these adverse small changes effortlessly, and eventually tip earth in the right direction. For now, we would like to thank you for joining, because in the coming months, we'll be welcoming you to something worth your time.
Objectives:
Earth Tipping Point's vision statement describes our hopes and dreams for a future we aspire for. We aim to reach our vision by paving a path through our mission statement, which reflects what we are committed to do presently .

· We will facilitate a medium designed to structure and align the collaborative efforts and contributions of the public, allowing rapid development of project that could benefit the Planet.
· We will empower our members by structuring their goals and directing their efforts in the aim of increasing their project, activity and/or campaigns’ success rate.
· We will conduct our work ethically and respectfully at all times.
· We will always recognize that our foundation is based on the improvement of the Planet’s wellbeing through its members' proposed/announced and adopted ideas or projects.
· We believe that global environmental problems are best addressed through the involvement of the educated and empowered public, aligned through projects and motivated by social and personal benefits.
