I am very upset with all of the members in this organization! I keep trying to reach you to talk to you but you dont even acknoledge me! If I dont get a reply to ALL of my posts including this one I am withdrawing my enrollment in this organization!!!

Hi Michael,
You are welcome to be a member, but in order to become a leader, you must prove your leadership.
1.) Volunteers are never forced to do anything, including replying to messages or threats! You can't MAKE people do what you want, you can only encourage them!
2.) Leaders become leaders because people around them understand the leaders goals. I checked your projects, but don't understand why I would want to join!
3.) We look forward to seeing one of your reports on eco-tourism activities in your area... once you have shown your leadership and understanding in this effort, other members will no doubt be happy to make you a leader!
POSITIVE-POLITE-PROOF
I understand it is sometimes frustrating when things don't go the way you want them to go, or as fast as you would like them to happen... but we are all volunteers, and we respond to positive ideas, polite behaviour and proof of effort.
We look forward to your future ideas and contributions!

Hi!
This is Michael Kovich and you know how you said: "I looked at your projects and why would i want to join them!?" well here is a piece of information for you: I am only 11 years old, even though I am gifted does not mean I am perfect! You know just because I am not as good as you doesnt give you the right to criticise me! You know all I said was that nobody was answering me. That is all! Okay maybe my groups are not as good as yours but hey cut me a break! Oh and if your so good then why dont you help me! I could be a valuable member if you would just give me a chance!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Michael,
I congratulate you on your efforts, I'm sure you will find people to help you with your projects once the benefits are obvious. If you are interested in my help, please read my previous reply three or four times, carefully.
Take note of my suggestion to be POSITIVE, POLITE, and provide PROOF of your effort. There are hundreds of projects on TIG for you to join, and thousands of people who might be available to help you. However we are only interested in people who devote themselves to our project in a positive way, because we have no time or energy to waste on threats or negativity.
It's nice that you are 11, but it doesn't really matter how old (or young) you are. There are thousands of bright young people on TIG, and membership in our project is open to all of them, but individual guidance, support and leadership positions are based on merit, loyalty and contribution.
