This project will focus at lobbying government to consider deliberating part iii of the constitution and include education as right either through the NCC or the parliamentary commitees.
Background:
The constitution of Zambia to clearly define education as a right.\r\nIn Zambia education is just a privilege and is just provided for in the education policy.
Objectives:
- To have education as right in Zambia.\r\n- To lobby government of the republic of Zambia consider deliberating part iii of the Constitution and Include Education as a right.
