Fresh A.I.R. is an international review which provides readers with a global perspective of a matter of interest.
A review, according to the Webster's Revised Unabridged Dictionary, is ?a periodical containing critical essays upon matters of interest? and what makes this one international is that the critical essays upon topics of interest are written by young people from all over the world. The topics and editorials are on issues that directly concern us young adults and are by no means too advanced for anyone.
For teachers and other educators Fresh A.I.R. is a great teaching resource especially in an English, Social Studies/ History, or I.B. setting. Feel free to use any of the issues in the classroom or to distribute them in your school.
Objectives:
Encourage global minded thinking especially amongst young people, combat lack of awareness/apathy, educate, foster intercultural understanding, incite global discussion over matters of interest.
Needs:
My main goal is to increase circulation and get Fresh AIR out to as many people as possible. Please help make this project a success by reading the issues and passing them along to people you know. As one of the projects goal is to incite discussion, I encourage all readers to submit their thoughts on perspectives presented in the currrent issue or simply express their opinion concerning the topic. Letters and comments will be published in future issues. Also, if anyone is interested in becoming a writer for the paper, please contact me.
