You can make the difference for one child and one family.\r\nEach giving circle leader makes a pledge to raise at least $3,500 over a 3-month period. Individuals, corporate teams, church groups or school clubs can form a giving circle and creatively work to raise the funds for a specific family and the child they yearn to love. Fundraising can be as easy as an email campaign, hosting a cocktail party or simply asking a few friends to donate in lieu of an anniversary, birthday or holiday gift. 100% of the proceeds from your effort will go toward funding an adoption grant.
Background:
Gift of Adoption is a national charitable organization that inspires adoption by providing grants to qualified parents – giving children who need families a permanent home and a chance to thrive. One of the primary ways in which GOA is able to grant children the gift of families is by calling on volunteers to help raise the funds given to families.
Objectives:
To recruit volunteers willing to become giving circle leaders, that is, to fundraise $3,500 (or more!).
