Question 3
October 27, 2005 - 03:27 AM

Training is key. Additionally though, I believe peer stories - successes and failures - quickens learning and breaks down misconceptions.

Case studies from a variety of individuals and for a variety of projects would be good to see (and cost effective as it can simply be a posting on the web). Chosen individuals could submit a step-by-step guide to their fundraising - planning, research, proposal writing, follow up etc.

A variety of these would provide beginners with an idea of what works best for different situations and a basis to move forward with their own fundraising ideas.
