ICT as a strategy for growth and development is set to create avenues for partnership through the use of information technology not just as a tool for research but in solving the problem of poverty, job creation not just in Nigeria, Africa, but Globally. The MDG is target is 7years through to 2015 date with much to be achieved. These goals seem broad and achievable, how well and fast the goals are met or reached is of great concern.
It is however essential to set not just broad target solely dependent on the action or in action of national governments but set target achievable at the community level with governments supports at the local, state, national and at the United Nations.

Millennium Development Growth sustaining Communities.

In Nigeria it has been revealed that '53.6m Nigerians Go to Bed Hungry Daily please see http://allafrica.com/stories/200707181103.htm
l this is a critical situation which need radical solutions. Solutions to which requires a collective will and initiative. In attaining this therefore I came up Millennium development Goal classification into Basic and Standards needs with the following sub-divisions

Basic need---Goal 1

- Eradicating extreme Poverty and hunger

- Reducing child mortality

- Improving Maternal Health

- Combating HIV/AIDS, Malaria and other disease

Standard need Goal 2

- promoting gender equality and empower women

- achieve universal primary education

- Environmental sustainability

- develop partnership for development

And further classified as

Basic needs-- Goal 1

-Food security and nutrition

- Shelter

- Provision of safe drinking water

- Affordable primary and secondary health care

Standard needs --- goal 2

- Education: teaching aids through ICT

- Sustainable agriculture vs. the environmental
Organic vs. non-organic products, Pollution, degradation

- Improving the living standard: job creation/employment
The creative potential in the new emerging economies

- Micro-financing women empowerment

These goal are simple enough and achievable and therefore serves a a blueprint for meeting the MDG 2015 target
