Description:
The "Ebony and Ivory" Project was proposed by "Integra" NGO, to educate and give a chance to all young people who has the ability to become a good journalist.
Background:
In Becej we have a few local media. One radio station and a few newspaper, but we dont have any media which is edited by children, which contains articles of childrens, so we thought that it would be a nice thing to do to invest in our future, to educate young peoples which will become excellent journalist one day.
Objectives:
The main objective of this project is to hear young peoples voice and opinions because they are important to community. We want to adults listen these voices too and respect them. We want to see our community with the eyes of our kids.
Budget:
The budget for this project is granted by local government and Media Educational Centre which is our partner organization in this project.
Needs:
We don't need any financial support, but we do need advices, ideas and experiences from other members, who already was a participant in this kind of project. Also, we need a little help with a domain donation. The final step of the project would be a website where kids would make their online magazine. So, if there are peoples with good will and a posibility to give us this oportunity, we would be very thankful to them.
