Description:
Ipisi magazine is an Australian based non-profit organization that is committed to connecting, empowering and involving young people in their communities through providing them with accurate information on issues they care about, and opportuniities to take action.

We envisage a world in which young Australians play an active, important and recognised role in creating and effecting positive change in fields of social, cultural and economic development and entrepreneurship. We see this as being achieved through improved communication and interaction between active young Australians, the community and youth sectors, and through the support, encouragement and promotion of youth-driven and -oriented initiatives.

Objectives:
- to offer a youth-oriented perspective on important local and global issues.
- to increase young people

Needs:
Following the huge response we’ve had to the ipisi magazine concept, we urgently need more volunteers to help coordinate and create both web- and print- based materials. It’s all done remotely, there’s usually no need to go further than an internet connection, so come on in and get involved by emailing us (ipisi@212.com) with your job offer from the selection of; lead writers, graphic designers, web gurus (php especially) and project researchers.

Other needs at the moment are anyone with access to cheap digital printing, extensive distribution networks to spread our work, and someone with a good php engine to help us facilitate discussions on our website.
