The project is third in the sequence under the International Year of Languages and will have three components. The project is likely to include:
1.Enhancing communication between different regions.
2.Research on cultural diversity
3.Exchange ideas to protect cultural heritage on both sides.
4.Collaboration between scientific researchers and institutions.
5.Translation of the scientific materials will be done to overcome language barriers.
6.Translation of the regional literature for the new English readership and promotion of the literature of the endangered languages
