[Poll] MDGs are attainable in developing countries?

Are the MDGs attainable in most devloping countries considering the pace of progress being made?
In Ghana the government is doing a lot to ensure that the MDGs targets are met by 2015.In line with this, the Free, Compulsory and Universal Basic Education(FCUBE), the Capitation grant, the School Feeding Programme, the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) were all introduced towards meeting the MDGs targets by the Government of Ghana(GOG).
