Minkat is a registered Charity (NGO),No. S.5914/4718, under the Non Governmental Organisations Statute 1989, laws of Uganda,registered on 5th December 2003. Its committed to charitable work of promoting HIV/AIDS control activities, promoting persons with disabilities (PWDs) and orphans, as well as promoting education.
It was founded by Katamba David and Ms.Ruth Nabatanzi....
