I want the Canadian Government to adopt policies and laws that (1) mandate Canadian industries to pay for all GHG emissions; (2) create significant incentives for green transportation and energy technology development; (3) eliminate all loop-holes for the athabaska tar sands and northern saskatchewan tar sands developments; (4) improve standards for the quality of our imports based on their foot-print...
