Description:
A group of us - geography students from University of Gdansk - will be coming to China around september - october 2006. Our goal is to tighten existing and create new bonds between 2 countries, experience Chinese culture and tradition as well as get a grasp of state this country's in right now. We want to broaden people's (especially students') view on Poland, especially it's northern part.
What we're looking for is to get in touch with any people willing to help us in any way, especially students and Chinese university educators to guide us.
Objectives:
-get a true idea of how China looks nowadays
-experience Chinese culture and history
-create a link (cooperation perhaps) between University of Gdansk and any/all willing Chinese universities
-interest Chinese students in Poland as a country and part of Central-Europe region - a presentation at Shaghai (Gdansk's sister city!) University perhaps?
