Description:
A Climate Change Summit expecting 1000 youths to participate in Brisbane from the 15th to the 17th of October. It is designed to empower youths by letting them know that they are not alone in their actions against Climate Change supported by prominent speakers such as Jessica Watson and Kumi Naidoo.
Background:
This is the 3rd Power Shift event hosted by the Australian Youth Climate Coalition. We have two main events planned in Perth and Brisbane. Power Shift Perth is a smaller 300 person event where Power Shift Brisbane is the largest youth climate summit in Australia numbering over 1000 persons.
Objectives:
The empower youths who will inherit Australia and all the Climate Change Issues that come through education, inspiration and group action.
