Description:
1. This project is interested in partly solving the problem of unemployment in
Uganda.
Background:
The focus on fresh university graduates.This project so far has one member,administrator.members are welcome to contribute
Objectives:
.
1. Decrease on the number of unemployed graduates
2. Create jobs to accommodate some of the unemployed graduates.
3. Encourage partnerships among the graduates to create lasting relationships.
4. Create innovation among graduates in order to be self independent.
5. Develop independent thinkers to build ideas and create more employment opportunities.
The above objectives will be achieved through promotion and development of the following;
1. Individuals posse various talents that God has given.
2. Some of these individuals have acquired some practical skills
3. Others have acquired knowledge that can enable them to formulate ideas.

Milestones:
Talent; these include artists, writers, cooks, crafters, musicians, dramatists.
Emphasis will be given to;
1. Artists and craft men.
For many artists behind every painting there is a message, history, culture, dance, games, gender and the environment.
Our greatest asset is our culture that is very marketable abroad. One artist explained that he painted on a material that cost 10,000shillings.butafterthe price tag shoots to 100dollars. He believes that this is very unfair to the original crafts man.
In order create employment and give back to the community, various artists and craftsmen will be given an opportunity to display their talent by creating an environment for them in which they can earn an income.

Needs:
- Creation of a gallery for the artists to exhibit and sale their work.
- A work shop for the crafts men, the artists will provide market to the crafts men.
- The crafts men will also be able to get market from the community.
- They will have a marketing manager and project manager.
All the individuals who will be enrolled into this project will have (2) years in which they will develop themselves and earn a living
