Sustainability of Community Information Centers(CICs) in Rural Areas

Regarding the sustainability of CICs , the best approach would be to stat with the "By the Community to the Community and with the Community " concept. Before implementing these kind of centers first of all the community should be well wared about its importance and long term impact on their daily life. When the feel convinced and awarded the people from various villages come with their village specific bright ideas and plans for the sustainability.
