ENGLISH :
In full 21st century more half of the Haitian population can neither read nor to write, fault of infrastructure or the bad management of our governments in the past. Nobody can talk about development without thinking of education, (which is the hinged plate). Nobody can thus claim that Haiti can be an exception. This why we imagined this project baptized: "A Schoolboy Moreover" (yon Elèv Anplis) aiming at helping the young Haitians to take the way of school, and to support others who already went there, but facing economic problems.
STRATEGIES
1- Fund of support for the schools (Intended to the schools of the disadvantaged mediums)
- Distribution of didactic materials (To the school and the schoolboys)/ Building of Mini libraries
- Session of formation for the teachers
- Improvement and support related to logistics and environment.
2-schooling of the children with weak economic average.
- Gift of didactic material and uniform.
- schooling cost take in charge.
3-Support to Parents in economic difficulty
- Payment of schooling (Part or integrality)
- Gift of didactic material
4 Education, Integration
- Intended for the minors and teenagers who are apart from school system and other young people.
- Formation and conference, civic, social and sexual education.
- Reading and writing Training
- Support, framing for development of values and aptitudes
- Formation of agent of development.
CONDITION OF RECRUITMENT OR ELIGIBILITIES (Children/ institutions)
Plan A
- To be old from 6 to 18 years
- Have never gone to school or to be already a
schoolboy in primary section
- To be in economic difficulty
Plan B
- school Institutions (Intended to children or young
people of the underprivileged Zones)
- To have at least one year of existence

FRANCAIS
En plein 21ème siècle plus de la moitié de la population haïtienne ne sait ni lire ni écrire, faute d'infrastructure ou de la mauvaise gestion de nos gouvernements dans le passé. Hors aucune société ne peut viser le développement sans penser à l'éducation, (qui en est la plaque tournante). Personne ne peut donc prétendre que Haïti peut être une exception. D'ou vient l'idée de ce projet baptisé: un écolier de plus/ (yon elèv anplis) visant à aider des jeunes haïtiens à prendre le chemin de l'école, et à supporter d'autres qui y sont déjà allés, mais faisant face à des problèmes économiques.
STRATÉGIES
1- Fond de soutien aux écoles (Destinées Aux écoles des milieux défavorisés)
-Distribution de matériels didactiques (à l'école et aux élèves)/ Montage de Mini bibliothèques.
-Séance de formation pour les professeurs
-Amélioration et support en ce qui concerne logistique et environnement
2-Scolarisation des enfants a moyen économique faible.
-Don de matériel didactique/ et (uniforme)
-Prise en charge complète du coût de l'écolage
3-Support aux Parents en difficulté économique
-Paiement de l'écolage en parti ou en intégralité
-Don de matériel didactique

Objectives:
Through this project some clear objectives were fixed:
a) To take part in the social development in Haiti through education
b) To give to much more young people the advisability of tasting with the bread of instruction
c) To bring, support and framing to young values or talents.

a) Participer au développement sociale en Haïti à travers l'éducation.
b) Donner à beaucoup plus de jeunes l'opportunité de goûter au pain de l'instruction.
c) Apporter, support et ncadrement à de jeunes valeurs ou talents.
Needs:
We need the support of evryone.
- By gift of materials (History, Geography, Tales books for children, Pencils, Bags, chalks
- Economic support.
- Appraise and advise.
