Does Europe need a constitution?

I'd like to find out what you think about the following questions.
Does Europe need a constitution?
Shall members of EU countries have a European passport besides having their national one?
What would Europen citizenship mean for you?

Thanks for commenting on them.

Dear Janos,

I was surprised when I saw your post on the net. I don't know if you remember but we met on the seminar you held at Gimnazija Varazdin on using IT in the classroom.
At the moment, I am studying Contemporary European Studies at the University of Sussex, UK and am dealing with the question on Constitution for the presentation in next days. When I finish preparing my presentation, I will send you a reply to your question. At least my reply.
Till then,
Best Regards,

Andreja Zulim
