Description:
Train-the-Trainer Program allows trainers, youth workers, teachers to learn new innovative tools to plan, design and implement with success training courses. Over a period of ten days and approximately 80 hours of training time, each participant becomes skilled on 5 different training modules to implement in combination or as separate workshops/seminars.
Background:
The Train-The-Trainer program is designed as a long hard working process which prepares participants for designing and implementing educational activities. The program not only provides participants with knowledge and abilities, but it also provides variety of methods and tools for supporting the work of future trainers.
Objectives:
The Train The Trainer program aims to develop participants’ skills in training development and delivery in order to generate optimum learning outcomes and improved performance.
