The Ultimate Programmers or TUP is a group of very talented and skilled programmers and graphic designers that put together there efforts to make customized programs for individuals or corporations and will provide non-profitable organizations with free programs, IT help or graphical workings.

I'm a senior programmer with experience in the programing field of 8+ years.
Objectives:
To help non-profitable organizations and to establish a very talented group that can compete with large corporations.
Milestones:
1. Establish the group under my direct supervision.
2. Build a website that we can use it as a gate to provide our customers (Individuals, corporations or non-profitable organizations) with our products and after-sale support.
Budget:
We need to establish the website with about $200-$300.
