Justice for Gujarat victims

There has been talks all around the world of Darfur and other regions for genocides. But there is also another region called Guajrat the western region of India where muslims were massacred in large numbers and where the whole government machinery was involved. The party BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) responsible for genocide received an overwhelming vicotry in the recent elections and its leader the Chief Minister Narendra Modi who was respobsible for the genocide emerged as the hero show how far communalism has spread among the common man in Gujarat. The minorities are still being harrased and there is no law and order for them. The victims when taken to the courts are being threatened without any adequate protection for them.

The accused Narendra Modi is now looking forward to become the Prime Minister of India as he has become an icon for many emerging leaders in India. Instead of punishing these criminals the government is harbouring them and protecting them on the name of democracy and secularism.

If the Indian government do not want to create another breeding ground for terrorists then it must as early as possible punish these leaders and bring them to trial only then the jsutice will be there for the victims who had lost their everything in Gujarat. If the Indian government is not capable of doing so then it must allow the Gujarat State to be handed over to the United Nation peacekeeping force.

Second email i got from a streaming provider
You don't really need any equipment to broadcast Live. Our encoder will stream any audio you have going through the soundcard on the computer. Makradio is a larger setup and has built a studio to handle his broadcast. If you wanted you could start with just our encoder or even purchase a small mixing board for added audio management. To broadcast you just need a PC/Mac 500 mhz or better with a soundcard, and a high speed internet connection.

You could have remote broadcasters connect to stream Live from different locations, but they would need to have your username/password information. They could download the encoder and broadcast whenever you would like. Keep in mind that they would theoretically be able to view your billing info so you would need to trust these users. Also, there is not a way to seamlessly 'hand-off' the broadcast. Meaning if you have broadcaster A streaming live and it was time for broadcaster B's show there would be downtime as A disconnected and B connected.

The only software you really need is our software which comes free with the broadcast account. Depending on how advanced you would like to get there is other high end software and hardware that could help you. A mixing board and second PC are really a help.

To get started we would need the Rate Card and Broadcaster Agreement filled out and faxed in along with the setup fee and first month's payment.

Not sure if we can find an exact match with what you are trying to do. With your Live365 broadcast account you could have broadcasters from different countries connect and broadcast, but you would not have a way to do this seamlessly. In other words, a remote broadcaster would need to turn off their live broadcast and another broadcaster would need to turn on the encoder to start up. This would result in at least a few seconds of time when listeners would be dropped.

You could always have broadcasters upload the show and have them play in playlist format straight from the Live365 server. The broadcast accounts have both abilities, live and looped, but you can't have both going at the same time. Only a single broadcast can be running through a server at any given time. To have more than one going at the same time you would need to purchase two broadcast accounts.

I've attached our Royalty Included Rate Card and our Broadcaster Agreement. These are the forms that we would need filled out and faxed in to us in order to get started.

Here are a few of our current PRO broadcasters:
