I´d like to be updated about what is going on resp. the plans for the future.
I´m really commited to get involved in building "gobal villages" using ict 4 development.
My idea is to set up a think tank and project clearinghouse here in Austria with Franz Nahrada, who introduced the concept to the public in 1993 (sic!). Take a look at this text as of 1997: http://www.austria.eu.net/give/gvn/gvndraft.htm
