Taken from the same title "Seven Eleven", seven (7) youth projects have been chosen to be implemented in eleven (11) months which will cover the following themes:
- Health
- Education
- Environment
- Empowerment
- Tourism
- Service
- Sustainability

The "Seven Eleven" Program is set to be carried out by August 2011 not only in Catbalogan City but hopefully as well as in nearby municipalities and/or cities in Samar.

WARAYA or Waray-Waray Youth Advocates is the pioneer youth organization in the whole island of Samar that advocates for Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (ASRHR). It is the youth arm of Family Planning Organization of the Philippines - Samar Chapter (FPOP-Samar) mainly-based in Catbalogan City.

Background:
Waray-Waray Youth Advocates or WARAYA is the youth arm of Family Planning Organization of the Philippines – Samar Chapter (FPOP-Samar), an affiliate member of the IPPF, the leading global network of member Associations working in around 180 countries providing and campaigning for sexual/reproductive health care and rights.

WARAYA was established on July 04 2004 from a group of young idealistic volunteers whose dream helped give birth to the organization.

WARAYA envisions a society that understands, respects and nurtures the rights of young people to sexual and reproductive health. WARAYA was the pioneer youth organization in the whole of Samar that advocates on Adolescent Sexuality and Reproductive Health and Rights.

We pace our actions through orientations and workshops to raise the youth’s level of awareness and through trainings aimed in creating a youth that is informed, empowered and responsible.
