Why should WFUNA-youth be included in the WFUNA-constitution

Hi,
I just wanted to raise some thoughts that might be good to have for the conference.
It seems like most people believe that WFUNA-youth should be included in the WFUNA. However, what happens if the amendment does not pass?
Also, does WFUNA-youth need to be included in the WFUNA-constitution?
The reason to these questions is that I believe that it is good if people are prepared to take this discussion in Buenos Aires since some might think that WFUNA-youth can continue to operate as it has done so far with support from WFUNA without being included in the constitution.
Be aware that this is only meant to be some thought that might be good for everyone to reflect about as a preparatory thing.
